Alenna Stirpe
Alenna Stirpe was born in the city of Toronto and has always had a passion for dance. She has gained significant experience in the dance world under the direction of Danny Poland where she received extensive training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Acrobatics, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary and Musical Theatre for 12 years.
Alenna has also completed ADAPT exams in Jazz and Tap, as well as Ballet and Pointe exams adhering to the Russian Vaganova Method.
Alenna has won numerous awards at competitions all over Canada and the United States.
She has also had the opportunity to work with many spectacular choreographers such as Marty Kudelka, Tiffany McLean, Linda Garneau, Eryn Waltman, Andrew Winghart, and Keith “Tyce” Diorio just to name a few.
Alenna is currently a student at the University of Toronto earning a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology. She enjoys continuing to develop herself as a dancer by attending various classes and dance conventions, and by being part of the UofT Competitive Dance Team.
Alenna hopes to share her knowledge, creativity and love of dance with each and every student at Jazz Be Nimble!
