Liene Adamsone
Liene Adamsone was chosen at the age of ten to start full-time professional studies at the Ballet School of Riga in Latvia. Her classical ballet training culminated in Liene being selected to be a lead dancer with Riga’s Theater Operetta.
Liene’s love of ballet inspired her to explore other forms of dance and dance therapy, leading her to work with both children and adults, including those with disabilities. With insight drawn from many years of experience as a dancer and teacher, Liene strongly believes in dance as a powerful art form that can heal and bring more happiness into people’s lives.
Liene lives and teaches in Toronto, Canada. She published her first book “Spiritual Dance”.
