JBN Ltd., operating as Jazz Be Nimble, runs a dance studio at 630 Rivermede Road, Concord, Ontario. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you ask about classes, book a free first class, or fill in a form on our website, Facebook or Instagram, we ask for:
- your name
- your phone number
- your child’s age
- the best day to call you
If you contact us by email, text or WhatsApp, we also keep your message and the address or number it came from. If you register, we collect the details on our registration form.
Why we collect it
We use this information to call or message you back about classes, book and confirm a free first class, and register your child. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Who sees it
The studio owner and staff who handle enquiries. When you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also processes that information under its own privacy policy. We use service providers such as our website host and email provider. They handle information only to run those services.
Photos and videos
We use photos and videos of students on our website and in advertising only when a parent has signed our photo permission form.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also tell us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below, and we will answer within 30 days.

Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages people use. It collects information such as the pages you view and your device and browser. It does not collect your name unless you give it to us in a form. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
